  - After activation, navigate to SupportCandy > Settings.
  - In the settings page, look for the WooCommerce Integration tab and enable the integration by ticking the box that allows SupportCandy to connect with WooCommerce.

2. Configure WooCommerce Settings in SupportCandy

Once the add-on is installed and activated, you’ll want to configure how the integration works.

Link WooCommerce Orders to Tickets:
- In the SupportCandy Settings (under the WooCommerce Integration section), you can configure whether tickets should automatically be linked to WooCommerce orders. This ensures that when a customer submits a ticket, it will be automatically associated with their order details.
