Step 1: Enable the Satisfaction Survey Feature

Go to SupportCandy Settings:
- In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SupportCandy > Settings.
- Look for the Satisfaction Survey section in the settings menu.

Step 2: Configure Survey Settings

Customize the Survey:
- SupportCandy allows you to customize the survey question. For example, you can ask a simple question like:
  - "How satisfied were you with the support you received?"
  - "Was your issue resolved to your satisfaction?"
  - "How would you rate your experience with our support team?"
- You can also customize the response options, such as using a 1-5 scale or a Yes/No option.
