SupportCandy comes with a Knowledgebase feature in its Pro version, which allows you to manage articles directly within the plugin. If you're using the Pro version, here's how to set up and integrate it:
Enable the Knowledgebase:
Go to your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to SupportCandy > Knowledgebase.
If the Knowledgebase feature is not enabled, you can enable it here.
Add Knowledgebase Articles:
Go to SupportCandy > Knowledgebase > Add New.
Knowledgebase Visibility:
You can choose whether you want the knowledgebase to be public or restricted to logged-in users. This can be adjusted under the Settings.
You can integrate the knowledgebase with the support ticket submission form, which helps in guiding customers to relevant articles before they submit a ticket. This can help customers solve their problem themselves, reducing the number of tickets your agents need to handle.
