There are several ways you can integrate an SupportCandy – FAQ Integration into your SupportCandy workflow. Let's go through some options:
SupportCandy includes a Knowledgebase feature in its Pro version, which is essentially a collection of articles that can function as an FAQ section. You can use this feature to create, organize, and display FAQs.
Enable the Knowledgebase Feature (Pro Version):
In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SupportCandy > Knowledgebase (you may need the Pro version to access this feature).
Enable the Knowledgebase feature.
Create FAQ Articles:
Go to SupportCandy > Knowledgebase > Add New.
Write articles that answer common questions or issues your customers may have. For example, you might create articles like:
"How to reset my password?"
"What are your shipping policies?"
"How can I check my order status?"
Categorize your FAQ articles (e.g., General, Billing, Shipping) to make them easy for customers to navigate.
