Explanation

HTML Structure:
- The div with the class raffle-drum represents the spinning drum.
- Inside the drum, the div with the class prizes contains the list of participants or prizes.
- The button triggers the raffle start when clicked.
- The div with the winner ID will display the winner's name after the drum stops spinning.
CSS Animation:
- The drum is styled to be a circular container.

JavaScript:
