Core Gameplay

The central idea of Jumping Frog Quest is for the player to control a frog character that must leap across platforms, avoiding obstacles, and collecting items or completing challenges to reach a specific goal, typically in the form of a level exit or a high score.

1. Jumping Mechanic

The main character (a frog) can jump between platforms. The player controls the frog using either keyboard arrow keys (left, right, jump) or touch gestures (for mobile).
Gravity and Jump Height: The frog is affected by gravity, so the longer the player holds the jump button, the higher the jump. The frog should fall after reaching the peak of the jump.

2. Obstacles

There will be various obstacles like:
- Moving platforms: Platforms that move horizontally or vertically.
- Spikes: On the ground or hanging above that the frog must avoid.
- Water bodies: The frog may need to jump over gaps filled with water.
- Enemies: Simple enemy creatures that try to harm the frog, such as snakes or birds.

3. Collectables & Power-ups

Coins or gems: Players can collect these for points or to unlock new skins, power-ups, or levels.
Power-ups:
- Super Jump: Increases the frog's jump height for a limited time.
